Frequently Asked Questions. Here are some common questions you have asked about Ixton.

Drop us a message on WhatsApp! and we will process your order shortly, do mind to place an order at least 2 days in advance as our slots are limited.

Due to limited slots, we suggest to inform our admin as soon as possible, if there’s a slot available on your new requested date we will help move the order to the prior date.

All International payment will be given 15% charge fee and must be done at least 2 weeks prior before the booking date. We accept both Wise & Payoneer.

You will receive free delivery and installment on your order around areas of South Kuta. Outside of the given area will be given an extra charge according to the distance of your location.

If a cancellation occurs, you are allowed to receive a full refund when cancellation is done 48 hours prior from booking date. Simply chat our Whatsapp admin and we will process your return payment.

Cancellation made after the 48 hours limit will result in 30% fee of the original payment method.
