- Prices are subject to change based on seasonal rates. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please contact our online support team through Whatsapp.
- We offer an operator for live streaming/projection mapping/visual jockey services as part of our offerings. Availability of the operator may vary based on the specific service package and scheduling.
- Client shall be responsible for all the damage, breakage, and loss caused by the event space, an employee, or a guest involved.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
- We require a Down Payment in full or 80% of the total price point to secure your slot.
- Full Payment shall be completed after the first loading date.
- All payments are non-refundable, including down payments and full payments, regardless of cancellation or payment method.
- All Third-Party International Payments will be given an 8% charge fee and must be done 2 weeks prior before the booking date. We accept both Paypal & Cryptocurrency.
- Payments made through a Local (Domestic) Account in Foreign Currency will be subject to a 2% charge fee to cover exchange rate fluctuations.
- All International Payments received in IDR will not be given any additional charge fee.
- All Cash or National Payments will not be given a processing fee.
